非常好的改进措施，如果还能设立一个复议区就更好了。因为各分坛的管理员水平有高低，尤其是军史方面的（虽然这里不是军坛）。我就曾经说某个网友发出的内容有欺骗成分，居然被扣分。为此我曾和管理员讨论但还是无效。
